safe location friendly staff stained carpet uneven floor
i Loved how the staff was FRIENDLY. They helped me keep my luggage safe after i checked out, and i really apreciated their help. The location not sketchy at all, i could walk without worries. It was close to many important places.
the room was so basic, and i found a STAINED carpet. the lighting was also not good. The bathroom floor wasn't level and had a strange slope, i almost tripped.

amazing stay near everything!
convenient location friendly staff
I booked a double room for a few nights and it was awesome. the location is super convenient, near tube stations! staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when i needed directions, what a plus. nearby restaurants and shops made everything easy. I loved how close i was to everything.
the walls are indeed thin, as i could hear noises from adjacent rooms. it was a bit bothersome when trying to sleep.

my standard double room had a comfortable bed with fresh linens, and the bathroom included a rainfall shower. the room also featured a well-lit vanity area and ample storage space. i noticed the room had new carpeting and updated fixtures.

the hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, available 24/7! several restaurants and cafes are located within a short walk of the hotel. a sainsbury's local and tesco express are conveniently close too.

there is a 24-hour front desk service and the staff are always ready to assist. the hotel provides luggage storage. free wifi is available throughout the hotel. i didn't have any issues with my bags being taken upstairs.

the hotel is near bayswater and queensway tube stations, each is less than 5 minutes away. i found it easy to walk to kensington palace. notting hill and portobello market are also within walking distance. bus stops are also very close by.

misleading photos thin walls
The room i received differed significantly from the photos displayed online. This discrepancy was quite disappointing. the room felt cramped. the noise level was unacceptable. I could hear everything happening in adjacent rooms and in the hallway. the walls seem thin, disrupting any chance of a peaceful sleep.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location is great and close to transportation. i found the room clean. it had what i needed for my short stay.
My room was quite small. It felt a bit cramped. i could hear noises from other rooms. also, there was no proper ventilation in my room. that was a drawback.

convenient hotel stay
convenient location friendly staff underground access
i liked that the location was great. i went to bst in hyde park so it was easy to walk back here after the concert. the staff were so friendly every time i went through reception. it was so close to two underground stations and lots of bus stations so i could easily reach and explore central areas.
the room are small, it was difficult to move around.

this location is nice and easy to reach from many places. good metro connections make it very simple to move around. i was able to use the underground system without any issues.

the staff was great and super friendly, specially mariah helped me. they accommodated me with a ground floor room as i have arthritis. i really am thankful because of the excellent customer service.

Tea and coffee were available in the room. there was no breakfast. Which i didn't want anyway. I am grateful of the many eateries. fast food places are just up the road also and this hotel is near to them.
