i Loved how the staff was FRIENDLY. They helped me keep my luggage safe after i checked out, and i really apreciated their help. The location secure hotel, i could walk without worries. It was close to many important places.
the room was so basic, and i found a STAINED carpet. the lighting was also not good. The bathroom floor wasn't level and had a strange slope, i almost tripped.

I found the location convenient! It was a short walk to both Hyde Park and several tube stations. The room had ample tea and coffee, and the lobby offered plenty of refills. That was lovely.
The walls seemed quite thin, and I could hear noises from other rooms.

I booked a double room for a few nights and it was awesome. the location is super convenient, near tube stations! staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when i needed directions, what a plus. nearby restaurants and shops made everything easy. I loved how close i was to everything.
the walls are indeed thin, as i could hear noises from adjacent rooms. it was a bit bothersome when trying to sleep.

my standard double room had a comfortable bed with fresh linens, and the bathroom included a rainfall shower. the room also featured a well-lit vanity area and ample storage space. i noticed the room had new carpeting and updated fixtures.

The room i received differed significantly from the photos displayed online. This discrepancy was quite disappointing. the room felt cramped. the noise level was unacceptable. I could hear everything happening in adjacent rooms and in the hallway. the walls seem thin, disrupting any chance of a peaceful sleep.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location is great and close to transportation. i found the room clean. it had what i needed for my short stay.
My room was quite small. It felt a bit cramped. i could hear noises from other rooms. also, there was no proper ventilation in my room. that was a drawback.

i liked that the location was great. i went to bst in hyde park so it was easy to walk back here after the concert. the staff were so friendly every time i went through reception. it was so close to two underground stations and lots of bus stations so i could easily reach and explore central areas.
the room are small, it was difficult to move around.
